Kevin Jackson is considered a legendary coach from New York City with over 25 years of experience. He has coached a number of players who have gone on to the Division 1 level and the NBA. Among these players are Kenny Anderson, Lamar Odom, Ron Artest (now known as Metta World Peace), Rafer Alston, God Shammgod, Kamani Young & Taliek Brown (now asst coaches at the University of Connecticut), Smush Parker, Duane Woodward (asst coach at Seton Hall), and Shaheen Holloway (now Head Coach at St. Peter's University). These players all began their careers with Coach Jackson's AAU team "Aim High", which was sponsored by 2x NBA Champion Kenny Smith.
Coach Jackson served as an assistant coach at the junior college level for Fashion Institute of Technology, Globe Institute of Technology, and T.C.I. where they advanced to the JUCO Championship in Hutchinson, KS. Coach Jackson is in his 8th season with Believe Prep and strives to help and support the youth to believe in themselves.
